Beaded Pegasus – 3D / Small Size

I had always been a bit cautious with the beaded sculptures using some wool / yarn. The two mixed together can look a bit odd sometimes. However having some wool at home at last, I had to give it a try. This Pegasus worked out really nicely in the end.

Beaded Rose – 3D / Small Size

This sculpture is all made of flat pieces assembled together to make a 3D rose. It was a bit unusual but really interesting to build. One big downside to that pattern: it only shows how to assemble everything together.

Beaded Triceratops – 3D / Small Size

It was a while I wanted to make some dinosaur sculptures but wasn’t too sure about the patterns I was finding. Although that one was in German (a language I don’t speak at all), it was easy enough to understand.

Beaded Goldfish – 3D / Small Size

This innocent little fish was actually a bit tricky to do. Its tail was built with a very unusual and detailed technique. Very pretty.

Beaded Hippopotamus – 3D / Medium Size

I struggled a lot with that one. Everything was going fine until I reached the middle. I couldn’t understand the “tube” technique to make the legs so did them in 3D instead. Result: the hippopotamus couldn’t stand up.
